Thomas McCurdy brings nearly 20 years of legal experience to Brumback & Ottem Injury Law. Since beginning his career in 2007, Thomas has represented clients in a wide range of complex cases, including personal injury, wrongful death, medical malpractice, and product liability.
Throughout his career, Thomas has handled all stages of litigation, from initial investigations and negotiations to courtroom trials. His extensive experience representing insurance companies and other defendants’ gives him valuable insight into how insurance companies approach injury claims. Today, he uses that knowledge to help injured individuals navigate the legal process and advocate for the compensation they deserve.
Thomas earned his Bachelor of Arts in Humanities from Seattle University in 2000 and his Juris Doctor from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles in 2007. He is licensed to practice law in Washington, Oregon, and California.
Beyond his professional experience, Thomas has dedicated time to providing pro bono legal assistance to veterans seeking disability benefits and families navigating challenges related to children’s mental health care.
